Benefits Advisor:

We are seeking CUSTOMER SERVICE oriented & driven individuals to join our PABA Team to assist and support our Sears members with their Extended Home Appliance Warranty needs!

  • You have a knack for being a good listener & building a rapport with clients over the phone to personalize their experience with our services.

COMPENSATION:
  • Hourly Pay $14.00/hr.
  • $0.50 Raise after 6 months of employment. (Performance Based).
  • $0.75 Raise after 12 months of employment. (Performance Based).

POSITION MUST:
  •  Applicants MUST not have any concerns with commute, distance or traffic to our location-3200 Lake Emma Rd, Lake Mary FL 32746
  • MUST be able to Train and Work Onsite at our Call Center location in LAKE MARY, FL
  • MUST be able to work a 5 Day Work Schedule- Between the hours of 8am and 9pm and Saturdays between the hours of 8am and 7pm.  Set Days Off: 1 Set Weekday and Sundays Off
