Sales & Service Team Manager:
The Training Team Manager is responsible for delivering specific technical and soft skills training courses within a call center, and directly managing associates while in training.
Job Duties:
• Delivers training to students as specified by training manuals
• Supervises associates performance and administers progressive discipline process while in training class
• Stays technically proficient in subject matter of businesses supported
• Stays proficient in instructional methods for adult learning
• Evaluates student performance and provide coaching and remediation
• Creates a positive classroom environment to retain good performers
• Creates a positive transition from classroom to work team
